This page will be updated with information to do with Health and Fitness. We will look at: warming up, training programs, sport specific exercises, current research, "myths", dietary advice and healthy eating information, and even a few healthy recipes!
As trainers/coaches, we can set up training programs specific to your needs and give you advice on sticking with it. We can also oversee or personally conduct training sessions in a one on one environment, or even help your school or club team with sessions. We have performed similar roles at several private schools with their elite level teams, and have given advice to numerous individual clients.
We also train corporate clients in both one-on-one and group settings. This can involve gym sessions, outdoor activities including golf, rollerblading, touch rugby, aerobic training…….and heaps more. We are really only limited by your imagination. These sessions are a great way to start the day and perfect for team building. The benefits of a corporate fitness program in terms of improved morale, decreased absenteeism and the like, are well documented. Give us a call for more information.
